  • Recycling activity: pickups you schedule or complete, container counts, and ratings.
  • Payment information: subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details; Stripe handles them under its own privacy policy.
  • Communications: messages you send through our contact form.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, and basic usage information.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To create and manage your account and provide the Service.
  • To connect collectors and Neighbours and coordinate pickups.
  • To process subscription payments and send related notifications.
  • To respond to your messages and provide support.
  • To keep the Service safe, prevent abuse, and comply with the law.

3. Young People

The Service is designed to help youth earn money through recycling. If you are under the age of majority in your country or region, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf. We do not knowingly collect more information from young people than is necessary to provide the Service. A parent or guardian may contact us at any time to review, correct, or delete their child's information.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

  • With other users as needed to coordinate a pickup (e.g. a collector sees the pickup address they accept).
  • With service providers who help us operate the Service, such as Stripe (payments) and our email provider.
  • When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of our users or the public.

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to keep the Service secure. We do not use cookies to sell your data. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work without them.
